I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about an upcoming change in our system to optimise our platform's efficiency.
What's Happening:
Starting from midnight tonight, all courses on our Moodle platform that are older than two years will be deleted, (it was up until now courses 5 years old that were deleted). The course will be fully deleted along with all student content and grades. This will be a routine procedure aimed at streamlining our data and ensuring the platform's optimal performance.
Why:
Over time, our database has accumulated a significant volume of course data, making the platform resource-intensive. To maintain a smooth and efficient learning experience for all, we are implementing this deletion process.
Action Required:
1. If you are currently enrolled in a course older than two years and wish to retain any of your work, we recommend downloading them before midnight tonight.
2. Only graduates who have completed a course, possess an NPA CPD Certified DIPLOMA, and have paid in full for their course may request access to currently running diploma course material.
How to Request Access:
If you fall into the category of graduates as described above, simply reach out describing why you need access, and we will facilitate your access to currently running diploma course material.
